The price of Parmigiano-Reggiano and the cost of transport vary according to the quantity purchased.
Parmigiano-Reggiano is shipped in vacuum packs in wedges of approximately 1 kg. The containers are 2 or 4 1 kg wedges. (or 10 or 12 wedges of 1 kg approx.).
In the hottest months, to keep the temperature low, bars of refrigerant gel are placed inside the cartons to guarantee the protection of the cheese from any temperature changes.
The minimum shipment is a carton of 2 wedges of approx. 1 kg.
We entrust our shipments to the GLS express courier which delivers throughout Italy in 24-48 hours.
To facilitate deliveries, we ask you to provide us with an address where you will certainly be available and a telephone number. In 24-48 hours from your order, the cheese will be delivered directly to the address you indicate.

In case of a welcome order, we will give you confirmation by e-mail specifying the total amount to be paid and eventually the data for the transfer. In this case, the goods will depart as soon as we have received confirmation of payment from our bank.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
According to Legislative Decree 206/2005 provided for by the Consumer Code (ex right of withdrawal) the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days. from receipt of the goods, returning the purchased product at his own expense.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail to bertoni.snc@gmail.com within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Our company will reimburse the customer within 30 days. from receipt of the returned goods, the sums paid by them (excluding the costs of returning the goods which remain the responsibility of the customer).
The customer must send the disputed or refused goods in intact packaging by courier to BERTONI SNC.
